Here's ten.   Last Thursday I ended up running the first leg in the A team and second leg in the B team at the Tavy Relays as Sean didn't turn up. So we have a pretty average team overall, and I had barely run for nigh on four months. A very nice surprise then when not only did we come third and win a prize, but I was the second fastest in the team.
