...and once again it's so expensive!!
Spent nearly 6000 shillings (3 pounds - damn no poundsign on this keyboard - at least it's qerty) in Hasty Tasty's after we arrived - ginger beer and chicken and cheese toastie, then still not satisfied so a chapati roll omelette with vegetables and cheese. Then Beef burger at Lulu's and just bought some more material for making another shirt - not quite sure how I'm gonna do this one, but a bit different from the last, I think - it's a nice tasteful bright green and yellow design (there's another duller flowery one I've got my eye on too). Then a beer in Bottom's Up (and I've left my material in there, but it should be alright because the other guys should still be in there - I can't imagine they've gone anywhere while it's chucking it down outside). Hardly spent anything for two weeks and now I've blown nearly half a month's allowance (well, the equivalent in personal spends!)
Possibly going to Ruaha disco again tonight (oh alright, I will almost certainly be persuaded to go), so preparing to be "bigged-up" by the dj a needless number of times again (that's SPW being bigged-up, not me personally). Meat market and a half.
By the way, I'm not ill this time, but we're all in town for top-up training - we have a lot to cover in four days.
I've only got three minutes left so I'll leave it here and write what you probably actually want to know (ie about the village) in another email tomorrow.
