"Have you got your own copy of this?" said my brother Nick, referring to the CD I was playing on my brand-spanking-new hi-fi.
"Yes."
"I've got a Lighthouse Family CD too."
"Lighthouse Family?"
"Is it not the Lighthouse Family?"
"No."
"Oh, it sounds a lot like them."
"No it doesn't."
"Who is it, then?"
"Super Furry Animals."
Just for people unfamiliar with either band, I can confirm that the Super Furry Animals sound nothing like the Lighthouse Family. It is possible, though, that the particular song I was playing (Juxtaposed With U) might have the sound that the Lighthouse Family try to achieve.
The Lighthouse Family, however, are utter shite.
